The Tosch Laboratory Goal:
Tosch Laboratories was established in 1979 with one goal - Make Teeth, not crowns.
There are thousands of labs out there making crowns. Very few make teeth. To that end, Tosch Laboratory has stayed on the cutting edge of technology in the crown and bridge industry for 30 years. In 2005 we added Sirona's Cerec inLab System. We are now able to produce milled Zirconia crowns and bridges, in-house, up to 42 mm. in length. Precision fit and Accurate Color - not guesswork:
Over the past 30 years Tosch Laboratory has developed techniques to ensure a precision fit on every crown, tailored to the specific desires of each of our customers. No two dentists are alike. Our techniques allow us to fit each unit to precise parameters established for each of our customers. These systems enable us to produce restoration after restoration to the exacting standards of every Dentist we serve.
We use the Vita Easyshade® to double-check the shade of every crown prior to completion thus insuring accurate shade match to your instruction.
Precision fit and accurate color match provide four significant benefits to our customers:
1) You don't grind away all that beautiful anatomy.
2) Less adjustment means less time needed to seat each crown.
3) Accurate shades reduce the number of rescheduled appointments.

In April of 2012 the most advanced Intraoral digital impression system to date is scheduled to be available in the United States. This system is the 3Shape TRIOS® You have probably seen demonstrations of this amazing technology at recent dental shows in the US. As an inLab Milling Center, we are able to receive digital impressions from the 3Shape TRIOS, create models and restorations with unparallel accuracy and return them to your office in just a few days. The precision of the digital impressions (taking more than 3000 2D pictures per second and creating as many as 1000 3D images) will result in an accuracy that cannot be matched with any other impression technique. You will have the most accurate fitting restorations it is possible to produce. With Tosch Laboratory's precision contact adjustment techniques seating time for these restorations will be reduced even more.
The system will substantially reduce chair time and eliminate traditional impression taking all together. The result is a more comfortable experience for your patients. This truly is technology that will change Dentistry.
